Refund and Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchases, if for any reason you change your mind please contact us via email  heather@thehome-bird.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

Order number

First and last name

Shipping address

We'll then send you an email with more information on how to return. You will have 14 days to return your order to us.

Returning your order

You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are securely packaged. We recommend that you use a tracked service and keep hold of the receipt as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing.

Please include your order details inside the returns parcel (name and address)

Refunds

Once we have received your return we will issue a refund within 48hrs. Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

Please note your initial shipping cost is non refundable unless your order is considered faulty.

Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives securely packaged just as it left us. However, if you are unhappy with the quality or your order appears damaged, please email heather@thehome-bird.co.uk within 14 days of receipt including your order number, name, shipping address and some photographs so we can look into this further for you.
